You will need to have a subscription before you can continue to add an additional user to your account.
You need to have a subscription for each additional user. There is no limit to the amount of additional users you wish to add to your account.

How to add an additional user
Desktop:
Tap the “manage users” tap from the sidebar
Select the subscription you would like to have for the additional user
Enter the user’s details, the permission you would like to give them, as well as your payment information to complete setup.
