So as a user, we understand that you may want to use Gas Certificate App on all of your devices. For example, you may want to use it on your mobile phone as well as our desktop application.
With Gas Certificate App, your data is automatically synced in the background meaning that you can start a certificate or invoice on your mobile phone and finish it on our desktop application.
We strive to keep your data secure, which is why we have a dedicated security policy for this issue.
Our emails will arrive 99.9% of the time, but occasionally you may encounter a problem.
Senders Email
Any emails sent via our software originate from no-reply@gascertificateapp.co.uk. However, your customers will see the sender appear as your company name. When they reply, they will be replying to your admin email address.
If you would like more details specific to your customer, please provide us with any email addresses that you would like us to look at.
We can only see emails sent within the last 5 days.
Other Scenarios
Spam folders
Your email client may be incorrectly labelling your Gas Certificate Email as spam. Check that the email address noreply@gascertificateapp.co.uk is not in your email black list. You can also add noreply@gascertificateapp.co.uk to your white-list to ensure that all of our emails from our servers reach you.

Custom Domains
If you are using a custom domain name (e.g. @company.plumbing), you are more likely to be on an email blacklist. You can check to see if you are by entering your email domain in the website below.
